Q?Are last minute limousine reservations and VIP Services possible?

Las Vegas VIP Entertainment Guide recommends for any services bookings in advance. Last minute requests; we’ll make every attempt to accommodate you, however during holidays and special events advance reservations are highly recommended.

Q?How will I recognize Vegas Limo Chauffeurs?
A.

Las Vegas Limousine chauffeurs are properly suited; usually black suit, white shirt and black tie. Limousine chauffeurs display a personalized sign with guest name. Vegas limos front and rear license plates with CPCN license number on the rear, and a vehicle limo number.

Q?What if the chauffeur does not show?
A.

Las Vegas Limousine chauffeurs routinely arrive at any pick up location (residence, office or airport) 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled pick up time. If driver has not arrived in this time frame, please call 702-530-7713

Q?How to pay for Vegas VIP packages and services?
A.

All major credit cards accepted, along with traveler’s checks or cash. A direct billing account can be set up for convenience by calling 702-269-7399.

Q?How much Should I tip Vegas limo chauffeurs?
A.

Las Vegas Limousine service does not add or charge a gratuity to any limousine vehicle or transportation services offered. Tipping is appreciated, but this practice is voluntary and at the passenger’s discretion.  Vegas VIP Service is exclusive and personalized.  Suggested gratuity is 20%.

Q?How do I get a receipt for Vegas VIP Packages and Services?
A.

Receipts and itineraries are provided at the time of booking the Vegas services.  Yes, receipts are obtainable via fax or e-mail, or request a receipt from the chauffeur at the end of the trip.

Q?Plans have changed or have been canceled. What do I need to do?
A.

Advance notice is required for any change or cancellation in order to avoid possible additional charges. Change or cancellation of any limo or bus service on the weekend we require 48 hours notice prior to pickup time. View our full cancellation policy here.

Q?What happens if the flight is late?
A.

Operations staff monitor the exact arrival time of each and every commercial flight into Las Vegas. The chauffeur will be waiting when you arrive. If this is a commercial flight, there will be no additional charge for the delay.  Private Jets flight are customized as needed.

Q?What if the flight is canceled?
A.

There is no charge for any flight arriving into Las Vegas that is canceled by the airline. However, it is the responsibility of the traveler or booking agent to notify our office at 702-269-7399 to advise us of any new travel arrangements. Communication is key.
